Lead all field-level interior construction operations for NYCFC’s new stadium, managing full architectural and MEP build-out across the stadium’s operational core.• Oversee high-performance player facilities including home and visiting locker rooms, hydrotherapy and treatment areas, warm-up spaces, doping control, and player welfare suites.• Direct construction of premium hospitality spaces including Tunnel Club, pitch-side lounges, commercial kitchen and commissary facilities, walk-in coolers/freezers, and F&B service areas.• Coordinate dense multi-trade interior installations including framing and drywall systems, specialty ceilings, millwork, tile and stone finishes, sports flooring systems, food service equipment, and architectural metalwork.• Manage interior MEP coordination including HVAC distribution, ductwork, piping, sprinkler systems, electrical rough-in and finish, lighting controls, low-voltage systems, DAS/IT infrastructure, and life safety integration.• Supervise installation of fire command, security screening, broadcast/head-end rooms, and field access points to ensure compliance with code, MLS/FIFA standards, and operational readiness.• Drive detailed trade sequencing within a high-density environment while maintaining quality control, schedule adherence, and safety performance.• Lead daily subcontractor coordination, enforce safety protocols, manage inspections, and resolve field conflicts to ensure seamless turnover of mission-critical spaces.
