ABOUT ALEXANDER DEICKE
As Group General Counsel, Partner at LawFlex, author, and lecturer, I bring more than twenty years of experience in corporate, commercial, banking, finance, M&A, compliance, IT security, and data protection. As a certified specialist lawyer in banking and corporate law and a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), I combine deep legal expertise with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach. In recent years, I have also focused intensively on AI compliance, particularly with regard to the EU AI Act.I support companies in navigating legal challenges in dynamic markets by structuring and negotiating international transactions and developing modern compliance and governance frameworks.
