My practice consists of corporate and startup law, commercial real estate, and estate planning and administration. I enjoy guiding businesses through formation, mergers, and acquisitions. I also enjoy helping individuals and families plan for the road ahead.I am a native of Buffalo, NY, where I attended Canisius High School, Canisius College, and UB Law. Between college and law school, I volunteered at Canisius High for a year as part of its Alumni Volunteer Corps, where I taught journalism and coached hockey, a sport I grew up playing and love to this day. During law school, I was elected Managing Editor of the Buffalo Law Review.Currently, I sit on the Canisius College Alumni Board of Directors, the Canisius College Young Alumni Philanthropy Committee, and UB Law\'s Graduates of the Last Decade (GOLD) Board.
