Responsibilities included being the statistical responder during Q&A. Achievements also include successful MAA and BLA including writing responses to regulatory questions and representing statistics at regulatory meetings - Managed and lead statistics and programming team through Emergency Use Authorisation (EUA) and MAA submissions for new COVID-19 prevention monoclonal antibody. Study endpoints included non-inferiority based on immunobridging from previous COVID-19 asset and efficacy readout - Lead statistics and programming team for COVID-19 marketed product. Project included 8 Phase studies and 2 US National Institutes of Health sponsored trials - Recruit, manage, and develop team of 12 statisticians based worldwide across several assets - Lead statistical representative for development of mAbs specific protocol template - Vaccines and Immune Therapies functional process representative for Data Monitoring Committee, Interim Analyses, and Unblinded Review Committees
