   At KPMG, Alex provides a wide range of transfer pricing services to clients including leading companies in such industries as the chemical, consumer electronics, entertainment, finance, media, medical device, pharmaceutical, software, and technology sectors. Alex advises clients by gathering quantitative and qualitative information on the client’s business and industry, conducting functional and financial analyses of companies’ operations and preparing transfer pricing planning and documentation studies to comply with domestic and OECD taxation regulations. His experience includes- Assisting U.S. companies with the transfer and/or cost sharing of intangible property due to changes in their business or as a result of acquisitions- Preparing and supporting companies’ filings for Advance Pricing Agreements, Mutual Agreement Procedures, and assisting with audit defense and controversy issues for clients in multiple jurisdictions- Managing BEPS Action 13 implementation projects for U.S. multinational companies for compliance with Country-by-Country, Master File, and Local File requirements, including the development of processes and implementation of technology to meet these new requirements; and- Preparing global transfer pricing documentation for large-scale projects involving transfer of tangible goods, intangible property, loans, and services for compliance with related-party transaction laws in OECD jurisdictions.
