After a period of working for Currencycloud during the VISA acquisition, I have now transitioned into the wider VISA Compliance Organisation structure to carry out Vendor Management Operations. I am responsible for the Compliance departments software management which includes a range of acquired entities in the Money Movements Space (Currencycloud, VPL, B2B Connect) as well as supporting VISA\'s core compliance operations.I am helping build out and structure the Vendor Management Operations through the development of creating lasting partnerships, strategic initiatives and technology adoption.Some key responsibilities include- Supplier Relationship Management- SaaS Licensing and access- Contractual Negotiations- Internal Stakeholder Management- Contract Management- Conducting business reviews- Metric, data and performance reporting
