   I manage a group of 17 project managers that oversee projects with an annual budget of over within the data and analytics organization. I help provide them with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to perform their best. Furthermore, I coordinate with other department managers to help drive process improvements and ensure on-time deliverables. Additionally, I oversee the delivery of several agile projects and their associated auditing documents. Moreover, I provide reporting for all North American digital projects. I have created an internal team called Citi Efficiency Team with my co-worker. On this project team, I help with project management, product management, and web development. I have helped create automated Excel reports with VBA and create new internal websites with an Angular, MongoDB, and Spring Boot stack. Our team has developed an internal directory website for scrum teams to help the finance department better track their budget and improve ease of communication between scrum teams and other stakeholders. We are currently making a new reporting tool for providing extra documentation about the resolution of project related non-compliance issues for auditing purposes. We are also building a new dashboard and reporting tool for providing guidance to employees on their daily work and tracking the life of a project from conceptualization to development to financial performance review.
