Since joining the Chelsea Group in 2018, Alexander has been instrumental in expanding the Group’s global footprint, which now spans 69 countries across multiple continents. With extensive field experience in Kabul, Kenya, Somalia, South Africa, Dubai, London, Cyprus, New York, and other global locations, Alexander brings a nuanced understanding of geopolitical dynamics and operational risk. This global exposure informs his pragmatic yet forward-thinking approach to leadership, making him a key architect of the Chelsea Group’s sustained growth and stability. Prior to his current role, Alexander served as a Senior Vice President at CTG (Committed to Good), where he spearheaded the company’s expansion across Africa. He also led directed several high-impact special projects, including CTG’s disaster response to the 2015 Ebola crisis.
