I\'ve been an attorney for six years now, and focus my practice on complex commercial litigation and white-collar criminal and regulatory matters, including SEC investigations and securities-related litigation. Maybe its my youth and nothing else, but clients increasingly rely on me for regulatory issues regarding cryptocurrency or other digital assets. I\'ve defended clients against the DOJ, the SEC, the CFTC, and state securities regulators. I also have a good knowledge of the social media influencer industry (thanks to 10+ years of being a influencer husband!) and have developed my own successful influencer litigation practice.
