ABOUT ALEXANDER BAKER
I am an M&A and Private Equity attorney in Dallas, with prior experience in Palo Alto and Calgary. I bring a highly commercial approach to transactions given my background, training and capabilities in finance, economics and public policy. I have worked on the buy-side and sell-side of a number of complex domestic and cross-border M&A, restructuring and joint venture transactions in software, semiconductor, oil and gas, renewable energy, agriculture, food service, real estate, e-commerce and other sectors for some of the largest strategic corporates and private equity investors in the world. As a CFA Charterholder, I maintain my skillset in financial modeling and valuation so that I can keep focus on the business goals of clients while advancing their legal interests in transactional settings.Outside of my core function as an attorney, I am deeply passionate about public policy and Canada - U.S. relations.
