I’m an Executive Director working at the intersection of housing, equitable development, and community-driven planning. My background in urban planning, community engagement, and housing access has shaped a leadership style rooted in collaboration, accountability, and advocacy.With experience spanning direct housing services, participatory planning, and nonprofit operations, I now lead strategic initiatives that center community voices while driving organizational growth and impact. My work emphasizes building strong partnerships, securing sustainable resources, and aligning day-to-day operations with long-term equity goals.Previously, I served as a Housing Specialist and worked on community engagement strategy as a Graduate Assistant at the University at Buffalo’s Department of Urban and Regional Planning. These roles deepened my commitment to inclusive practice and systems-level change, particularly in historically under-resourced communities.As a mission-driven leader, I’m focused on cultivating responsive, transparent organizations that deliver real outcomes in housing and neighborhood development.I’m always open to connecting with fellow nonprofit leaders, planners, and community organizers working toward justice and equitable urban futures!
