ABOUT ALEXANDER ALTON

I am a corporate and franchise lawyer at Manning, Fulton & Skinner, P.A, a leading law firm in Raleigh with deep roots in the Research Triangle specifically and North Carolina more generally. I focus on franchise law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, debt financing, and private equity transactions. Our franchise group represents both franchisors and franchisees nationwide. We represent franchisors with all of their legal needs, including franchise organization, federal and state compliance, corporate governance, general transactional needs, and litigation.Prior to joining Manning Fulton, I worked in international capital markets and global disputes for a premier international law firm; represented plaintiffs in high-stakes, complex commercial disputes at a litigation boutique; and represented business large and small with most all of their transactional needs at one of the foremost local firms in Salt Lake City, Utah. My service to clients is also informed by my background in business strategy and education.Outside of work, my primary focus is my wife and children. We love to travel and explore national parks together. I am also actively involved in the J. Reuben Clark Law Society.
