About Alexander Alonso

Alexander Alonso is a seasoned individual with experience in Management Consulting, Strategy and Implementation, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Throughout his professional career, Alex has helped clients approach problems using Human Centered Design methodology, underpinned with a customer strategy lens and emphasis on strategic communications. Alex has experience helping clients move from strategic planning of Diversity and Inclusion priorities to their full-scale implementation to create a more inclusive workplace culture. Most recently, Alex served in a DEI role where he led projects on equitable outcomes, culture and community, and employee engagement and authenticity. Throughout his career, Alex has worked to position himself as a leader in the DEI space. He’s known for his authentic leadership, his ability to create a culture of inclusion among the teams he leads, and his passion for developing the next generation of leaders. In his free time, Alex can be found perfecting his deadlift at CrossFit, cycling on a bike that goes nowhere, or overheard gabbing about “RuPaul’s Drag Race.”
