Over the past four years, I had the privilege of redefining the guest experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin — a journey driven by innovation, precision, and the constant pursuit of excellence. Highlights included: • Repositioning The Curtain Club – earning three consecutive nominations for the prestigious Mixology Awards as Hotel Bar of the Year – Germany, Austria, Switzerland. • Transforming The Lounge – introducing in September 2024 a unique champagne concept with up to 30 champagnes by the glass and an exclusive Martini Trolley Service. • Creating the Cigar Club – now one of Germany’s top-grossing cigar lounges with over cigars sold annually. • Launching the Secret Champagne Garden – achieving profitability within two years through creative partnerships and in-house renovations. • Introducing the House of Champagne – unveiled in September 2024, featuring 30 champagnes by the glass and creating a distinctive new revenue stream. Each of these projects reflected my commitment to excellence, brand storytelling, and guest-centric experiences — always with a clear focus on revenue growth. Now, I’m excited to bring this experience to my new role as F&B Operations Manager at EUREF EVENT, Berlin Campus — where I will lead the planning, organization, and execution of daily operations, exclusive sustainable events, and innovative concepts that elevate the guest experience while driving business performance.
