About Alexa Larue
While studying finance at Northeastern, I gained hands-on experience in client-facing roles across Sales & Trading, Prime Brokerage, Private Investing, and Asset Management, working at Morgan Stanley, Raptor Group, and Wellington Management. Through these experiences, I realized that practical learning in finance needed to be more accessible. That realization led me to AmplifyME, where I transformed a student representative role into a full-time position as the company’s first U.S-based hire. Today, I work closely with leadership to expand our reach, train thousands of students for roles in trading and investment banking, and strengthen partnerships with top firms - bridging the gap between classroom theory and real-world application.
