I\'m a bilingual HR Generalist with over 5 years of experience supporting multi-site teams in fast-paced manufacturing, education, and corporate environments. My HR approach is grounded in five values that define how I lead and serve: integrity, empathy, accountability, honesty, and balance.I’ve had the privilege of wearing many HR hats—from recruiting and onboarding to payroll processing, benefits administration, employee relations, training, and compliance. Whether I’m guiding a new hire through orientation, managing LOA and ADA requests, supporting performance conversations, or helping teams stay compliant across 30+ states, I bring a people-first mindset to every task.I believe HR should be both strategic and human—rooted in compliance and compassion.
