Lead foreign, national, and state/local government affairs, working with CEO, C-Suite, global business and geographic leads, and legal and communications departments. Spearhead political and stakeholder initiatives, including Warner Bros. Discovery’s PAC. Manage responses to U.S. congressional and foreign government oversight. Run government affairs efforts for successful sale of Warner Bros. Discovery. Led successful government affairs efforts for Discovery, Inc.’s acquisition of Warner Media, including around congressional oversight and multicultural stakeholder review of acquisition, and ran post-merger government affairs integration. Oversee efforts to obtain overseas and domestic tax incentives and to resolve disputes successfully. Support film, television, streaming, experiential, and gaming assets across studios, networks, and direct-to- consumer segments.
