I am a Mathematics major at Northwestern University pursuing the Kellogg Certificate in Financial Economics to deepen my understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and econometrics. My academic background, along with hands-on experience in financial modeling, commercial real estate valuation, and data-driven decision-making, has strengthened my interest in applying quantitative analysis to business and finance. At CBRE, I constructed discounted cash flow (DCF) and pro forma models to evaluate commercial real estate properties, gaining experience in Argus Enterprise. My ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into strategic recommendations extends beyond finance—whether optimizing operations for a local business or leading initiatives in athletics and youth development. I am eager to leverage my analytical skills to solve complex business challenges and drive data-informed decision-making.
