ABOUT ALEXA PICCIRILLO
I am a Radiation Therapist who has graduated Magna Cum Laude from Manhattan University (formerly Manhattan College) May of 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy Technology with a concentration in healthcare administration. I have completed over 1,400 hours of internship at numerous clinical sites, and gained vast hands-on experience with equipment and treatment techniques. I have been inducted into Epsilon Sigma Pi, which is the highest scholastic honor that can be earned by a Manhattan University student, as well as Lambda Nu, the National Honor Society for Radiological and Imaging Sciences. Additionally, I have graduated December of 2024 with a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership at Manhattan University with a concentration in eLearning & training while maintaining a 4.0 GPA. With this, I have also been inducted into the Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society, which is national recognition of academic excellence among adult learners. I am dedicated to put everything that I have learned from class, clinical internships, and work experiences into practice as well as to continue developing my skills within the field.
