I am a graduate of the George Washington University where I majored in economics and public policy with a minor in STEM teaching and concentration in French. I was a Teach For America 2021 Corps Member where I taught middle school math at Georgia Jones-Ayers Middle School, in the Miami-Dade County Public Schools System. Currently, I am completing an MSEd from Johns Hopkins University and teaching high school math at Match Public Charter School in the Boston Public School system. In the future, I am interested in pursuing a career related to education policy and economic and community development, particularly as it relates to reducing inequity in public education.
