Vice President of Operations @Discovery Behavioral Health

Serve as a liaison between the departments at Discovery Behavioral Health and CFD, DMA, SUD, & Discovery MD programs • The VP assists in decreasing operational expenses by collaborating with the CEO and President of each facility • The VP also assists with increasing revenue by tracking units at the facilities and working collaboratively with the leadership to strategize on areas of improvement • Oversee staff operations, business planning, and ensure services follow professional standards, Joint Commission, Payer, state, and federal regulatory requirements • Implement departmental KPIs across the organization to assure sustainability • Ensure DBH protocols, documentation, and operational protocols are in place at each facility • Assist in reviewing professional fees and contracts • Instill DBH culture, mission, and vision at all Discovery MD facilities • Integrate teams with DBH department support • Track data to assure increase in patient access and units MoM • Analyze OPEX and strategically assist facilities with increasing revenue • Develop goals and objectives; policies and procedures related to the operational needs of the programs • Assure adequate supervision and evaluation processes for all staff members and delegate these responsibilities as appropriate • Ensure an adequate system of communication and reporting is maintained between all staff members, as well as other departments involved in the ongoing operation of the program • Coordinate the collection of outcome data within the company deadline • Ensure that all deficiencies identified through the performance improvement analysis are addressed with appropriate problem-solving actions • Demonstrate a professional attitude and supports the objectives of the facility philosophy through internal and external communications and interactions with all levels of staff, patients, community and referral sources • Support facility-wide quality/performance improvement goals and objectives
