I’m Alexa, an IT account manager with a passion for client performance and consultant talent retention. I have over 4 years of experience in the hiring industry, working with diverse clients and sectors.I currently work at Insight Global, where I support multiple hiring leaders within the Fortune State & Local Government, Biopharma, Higher Education, and technology start-up space. I help them find and retain the best IT talent, partner on innovative projects, and build a strong culture of collaboration and excellence.I’m based in south Florida, but I love to travel and network with people from different backgrounds and perspectives. I have a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and I’m also an active member of a few professional associations and communities, such as the Insight Global Women\'s Leadership council.
