Supporting the spiritual growth and development of youth (grades 6th-12th) through mentorship, teaching, relationship-building, and event participation, creating a safe, Christ-centered environment where students can grow in faith and community.Key Responsibilities:• Build meaningful, Christ-like relationships with youth through regular engagement.• Attend and actively participate in weekly youth group meetings, Sunday services, and special events.• Assist in small group discussions, fostering open and respectful dialogue.• Serve as a positive role model by demonstrating integrity, humility, and a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.• Provide encouragement, support, and accountability to students in their faith journeys.• Communicate effectively with parents, fellow leaders, and church staff.• Adhere to church policies regarding safety, conduct, and child protection.
