I am a sales/design team-member striving to continually grow Monroe Environmental over the long-term. Monroe Environmental is a national presence in the water/wastewater treatment industry and I have played a significant role in this continued development in my time with the company. In doing this, I have helped Monroe further develop existing industrial markets and successfully enter new markets. My objective as the Sales Product Manager for water/wastewater treatment is to provide engineered solutions to end-users and engineering consultants by identifying their needs and proposing cost-effective and application specific solutions. This requires an in-depth knowledge of industry trends and applications/processes, as well as the ability to establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with major industry players. My scope of work includes identifying, designing, quoting, and closing profitable opportunities in the industrial waste/wastewater treatment marketplace. Process flow data analysis, applications analysis, relationship building, closing techniques, and negotiating skills are a few of the core functions that I execute on a daily basis. In addition, I work closely with other departments (drafting/design/estimating, engineering, project management, purchasing, and production) to improve company processes and production efficiencies.
