Humble beginnings.Back in 2019, I successfully completed the Accenture Federal Services (AFS) Career Skills Program in the Salesforce digital platform discipline, earning my place at AFS. Through dedication and delivering high-quality work, I earned a transfer to Accenture, LLP. I am grateful to the teams at AFS and Accenture, Salesforce Military, and my supportive network for helping me achieve my dream. The journey was challenging, with many late nights spent striving for excellence, but the payoff was well worth it.In pursuit of delivering exceptional work and making a positive impact, I continue to answer the call. This journey is ongoing, and I remain committed to growth and excellence.I retired from the US Navy with 20+ years of service, holding leadership roles as an aviation ordnance technician and recruiter. I possess an active DoD secret security clearance- Served as Region Director of Onboarding, overseeing orientation and training programs for 230+ Navy recruits- Managed high-performing talent acquisition divisions in Northeast Texas and Eastern Washington, recognized as the #1 Talent Acquisition Division in 2017- Supervised full-cycle recruiting phases for over candidates, establishing partnerships with local media and influencers- Led teams to recruit over 400 personnel for various technical Navy careers.Before transitioning to a recruiting role, I started my Navy career as an aviation ordnance (explosive) technician.
