I build infrastructure that scales. For companies, platforms, fintechs, and the complex ecosystems in between. As Group CEO of Vellum Technologies, I lead a fintech and regtech group operating across six jurisdictions. We acquired and merged Parkfield Commerce into our consultancy practice, Parkfield Collective, which continues the systems integration and digital transformation work I built through Old North Collective. Over 200 ERP and commerce implementations. 300+ site deployments. NetSuite, Acumatica, Sage, HubSpot, Shopify, BigCommerce. Implementation rescue, systems architecture, integration strategy. The other side of the business is platform infrastructure. Payment orchestration, compliance automation, and AI-enabled integration tooling for cross-border commerce. Fluency in acquiring, embedded solutions, and the banking relationships underneath them helps when you\'re building for the parts of fintech that don\'t get venture headlines but move billions quietly. Navigating international expansion has meant working closely with foreign direct investment agencies, trade bodies, and economic development partners across Ireland, Northern Ireland, the UK, Europe, and North America. I\'ve learned that scaling across borders is as much about relationships and institutional literacy as it is about technology. Some of that work touches government relations. Most of it is just showing up and doing the work. I helped BigCommerce launch their B2B Edition, which won the 2021 B2B Excellence Award. Parkfield was an original Shopify Plus beta partner in 2015. I\'ve served on advisory boards for Avalara, NetSuite, Acumatica, and BigCommerce, and still contribute to Shopify\'s B2B product roadmap. Previously, I worked with Global Payments on partner ecosystem development across commerce, fintech, and banking. I like high-trust partnerships, weird jackets, and solving billion-dollar problems without a single slide deck.
