Develop and iterate preceramic photopolymer resin systems for micro-DLP additive manufacturing, optimizing printability and filler loading for complex parts• Serve as primary technical owner/operator for AM equipment; coordinate installation, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting with external vendors to ensure seamless operation• Conduct materials characterization using optical microscopy, X-ray inspection, and mechanical testing to diagnose crack propagation and shrinkage after heat treatment• Use Python and OriginPro to analyze and visualize magnetic properties of NdFeB powders • Design custom fixtures in Solidworks to streamline lab fabrication processes • Author SOPs and work instructions for shared lab prototyping equipment; train 40+ engineers and interns to establish safe equipment operation in a shared lab space
