   As a compensation consultant, I serve as the compensation subject matter expert influencing senior business leaders and human resource consultants on all compensation related matters. I perform market analysis on the effectiveness of Capital One\'s compensation programs and am responsible for managing any changes to line of business compensation programs and incentive plans.
