Alex Williams is a Lean Coach with the Retail Lean Transformation Team (RLTT). This past year, Williams worked with the RLTT to implement Lean to over TD Ameritrade associates across 3 different locations resulting in a better client experience, better business results, and better associate engagement. Williams has recently been asked to join RSO Learning & Development as a business loan for 1 year. While working in L&D, Williams will play a strong role in the enhancement of the Retail Distribution University (RDU) platform, and advancing lean initiatives in partnership with the RLTT.Williams has been with TD Ameritrade for 14+ years and holds his Series 7, 24, 63 and 66 Securities licenses. He has held numerous positions with TD Ameritrade including quality enhancement coach, investor services team manager, learning and development facilitation manager, and talent acquisition recruiter.Williams graduated from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in December 1998 with a degree in finance.
