Manage all aspects of large-scale, fast-paced data center construction projects from planning through client turnover, ensuring performance certainty in safety, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction. Provide leadership across preconstruction, construction, commissioning, and closeout phases, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver complex, mission-critical facilities. • Lead day-to-day project operations, including oversight of general contractors, trade partners, design teams, commissioning agents, and vendors (25+ per project). • Develop and manage project budgets, contracts, forecasts, and cost controls from design through delivery. • Partner with cross-functional teams—design, engineering, procurement, IT/network, operations, finance—to implement best practices and drive operational excellence. • Build and maintain strong relationships with GCs, trade partners, AHJs, and key industry stakeholders to ensure collaboration and accountability. • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance requirements through regular inspection and proactive issue resolution. • Provide subject-matter expertise and strategic guidance while mentoring project team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
