I have been a practicing attorney for almost thirty years, focused on helping businesses ranging from basic startups to operating companies to venture-backed technology-based enterprises. Tasks accomplished include negotiation and execution of entity selection and formation, contracts, financing, buy-sell agreements, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, employment issues, technology licensing, and intellectual property rights including patent, copyright and trademark strategy.
