About Alex Voss
As the Director of Leadership Development at Phi Delta Epsilon Medical Fraternity, I contribute to the design and implementation of programs and initiatives that foster the professional and personal growth of our members. With a Master of Public Health degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, I bring a strong background in public health research, leadership, and practice to this role. I have over five years of work experience in various health-related settings, including as a medical assistant, a graduate intern at the North Carolina Coalition Against Sexual Assault, and an undergraduate research assistant at Syracuse University. I have developed skills in organization, public speaking, and data analysis, and I am passionate about advancing the mission of Phi Delta Epsilon, which is to create physicians of integrity with a lifelong commitment to our guiding principles of philanthropy, deity, equity and education. My goal is to empower our members to become leaders in their communities and their fields of expertise, and to contribute to the improvement of health and equity for all.
