About Alex Volk
I\'ve learned to listen first. To dig further than the surface to find what the actual issue is rather than slapping a bandaid on. I\'ve spent my last decade in cyber security and held almost every role in SOC (analyst, engineer, detection, architect, manager). I am blessed to have worked with some of the largest companies in the world and have seen hundreds of enterprise environments. The good, the bad, and the ugly. I rely heavily on these experiences to help move the needle for those that I work with in my current role as a Sr. Sales Engineer. It sounds silly but I follow a \"sell to others how I want to be sold to\" mentality. We all have things to purchase whether it is jeans or enterprise grade SOC platforms and life is far to short to have unhappy customers. This is why I have frank conversations and work very hard to keep my promises and over-deliver because happy customers are why I do what I do.
