As an extension of my giving commitment (GWWC 10% Pledge), I\'ve joined Founders Pledge - committing 20% of any future liquidity from Peak PEO to environmental causes.Why environmental causes? They receive just 3% of charitable donations globally despite their critical importance. I believe business leaders have a responsibility to address this imbalance and protect the planet we all share, as action needs to come from somewhere.This pledge reflects both my personal values and Peak PEO\'s commitment to being a force for good beyond just providing excellent EOR services. It\'s about demonstrating that purpose and profit can genuinely work together.
