I’ve spent over a decade working across international M&A, private credit, venture capital, and structured finance. Along the way I’ve held senior roles with a sustainable growth advisory firm and Connex Markets, a fintech-driven private credit origination platform, where I led capital solutions.Today I run Erah Capital, my own boutique investment banking and advisory group specializing in private credit, venture debt, and structured equity for transactions ranging from $2M–$500M+.But beyond the resume, here’s what really drives me: every deal is more than a transaction — it’s someone’s vision, often years in the making, waiting for the right structure to bring it to life. My role is to architect capital that not only clears financial hurdles, but also honors the individuality of the founder or team behind it. I want to see a capital application fit them like it was custom-made, because when alignment is right, capital doesn’t just fund growth — it fulfills purpose.
