Responsible for leading the global Engineering CAD Services & Engineering Tools groups in the Global Electronics division, reporting to Engineering VP\\\\n• Engineering CAD Services: shared services to all Engineering teams globally in the areas of Mechanical CAD Design, PCB Electrical Design, Electronic Component Library Management and Customer data exchange, with approximately 70 employees across multiple locations in US, Europe, China and India\\\\n• Configuration Management (until Dec/2019): PLM configuration and change management services to the global organization, with approximately 25 people across multiple locations in US, Europe, China and India. Responsible for process standardization for Change and Release Management for Product Release in PLM following ZF’s global change and release processes. Process/ tool (PTC Windchill) training for CM-related processes, methods and work instructions to all business functions. CM operational performance metrics and improvement actions\\\\n• Engineering Tools: divisional leadership for ALM/ PLM/ MCAD/ ECAD engineering domains, with approximately 10 people across multiple locations in US, Europe and India. Business responsible for strategy, development, support and administration of engineering tools. Business process implementation in the tool chain. Collaboration/ interface with IT in engineering tools development, support and evolution roadmap\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
