About Alex Vanoeveren

With over eight years of experience in the medical device industry, I have developed a passion for improving surgical care and education through innovative technology and strategic partnerships. I am currently the Head of Growth for the US at Incision, a fast-growing platform that offers online training and performance improvement for surgeons and surgical teams. I joined Incision in March of 2023, after completing my MBA at IE Business School, where I specialized in digital healthcare and marketing.At Incision, I am responsible for building key relationships with all necessary stakeholders within our business offering, from med device companies to hospital admin staff, to increase leads and long-term partnership opportunities in the US market. I leverage my skills in account planning, business model creation, and GTM strategy for sales and marketing, as well as my knowledge of the med device industry and the surgical education landscape. I also contribute to product development and user experience by providing feedback and insights from the field. I am proud to be part of a team that is driven by a shared mission to make high-quality surgical knowledge accessible to everyone and to empower surgeons and surgical teams to achieve excellence.
