Oversee a team of two direct reports that support the review and analysis of financial results and provide insight to executive leadership and other key business leaders surrounding the total Americas fixed costs spend totaling approximately $400M annually- Serve as the key owner of financial fixed cost messaging for the Americas region from an actual, forecast and budget perspective- Drive financial evaluation and detailed analysis of all operational, selling, and other functional departments across the region to continuously identify improvement opportunities and progress towards achieving strategic goals- Leverage business insights gained during review and analysis to improve the accuracy of fixed cost forecasting for respective departments and the overall business- Lead the creation and continued development of the performance measurement reporting for key performance indicators (KPI\'s), including consistent definitions, measurement tools and regular management reporting- Prioritize establishing and maintaining strong relationships with the key executives and other departmental leaders.
