Current (from Jan ’25):Competitive Intelligence/Business Insights. Working in a small team to conduct an audit on all available insight offerings and existing processes the sales team’s action to best serve the end client. Analyzing existing metrics, data sources, governance, processes, and supporting technology to then design a multi-yr strategy to overhaul and improve the ‘what’, ‘when’, and ‘how’ important internal and external product information across different channels and regions are utilized to drive sales business. Past:Data transformation within Client Reporting materials. Lead a project converting the source of Holdings and Distribution data from one database to another across multiple reporting packages: Pitch Books, Investment Reporting packages, and Factsheets. Operational Risk enhancements. Lead the transition of logging Issues & managing risk (Key Risk Indicators) from a legacy system to a new low-code system. With no IT resources, and working closely with the director of risk, we rolled out a new system and process used by all operations-based teams across the firm. Analysed and designed look through capabilities by tying the connections between activities, risks, risk ratings & control effectiveness to the firm\'s functional model. Business & Technology Transformation. Worked within a small team of project managers blending technology into business functional lines at the enterprise level. To become more efficient & agile, we redesigned the firm’s structure decentralising IT into business teams aligning to the executive goals. A large effort that covered handling culture change, human resources, upskilling, defining success, introducing and setting OKRs, redefining roles & responsibilities particularly for MD’s/C-Suite executives, introducing Agile working groups, & Global matrix mgmt. guidance.
