I\'m an EHS and compliance program professional with 10+ years of experience building, managing, and continuously improving multi-site programs across federal government and industrial manufacturing environments. I specialize in the intersection where regulatory expertise, data-driven performance management, and cross-functional leadership meet — and I\'ve spent my career making compliance programs that actually work at scale, not just on paper. My foundation is technical: a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, a Master\'s in Engineering Management, and a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) credential. I\'ve used that foundation to do everything from authoring GHS-compliant Safety Data Sheets and managing environmental permits, to leading enterprise software transitions, building KPI dashboards, and serving as the regulatory point of contact during OSHA inspections. I know how to read a regulation, translate it into operational reality, and communicate the rationale clearly to stakeholders at every level. What I bring beyond technical knowledge is a systems-building mindset. I don\'t just respond to compliance problems — I build the frameworks, tools, and workflows that prevent them from recurring. At Pyrotek, I designed a custom OSHA compliance benchmarking tool, built Quality/Safety/EHS KPI dashboards across U.S. and Mexico locations, and led two major enterprise software platform migrations from requirements gathering through training rollout.    I support the Transportation Security Administration\'s (TSA) national Occupational Safety and Health program through R&K Enterprise Solutions, a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. In this remote-primary role, I lead OSH program delivery across the TSA Southeast Region, managing a team of OSH Specialists and serving as the senior regulatory and program management resource for a geographically distributed federal workforce.Key contributions:• Lead multi-workstream compliance program execution — managing inspections, hazard analyses, corrective action tracking, and performance reporting across dozens of TSA locations.• Selected as key personnel for a major safety database migration to Salesforce, serving as the liaison between operational users and developers — translating workflows into system requirements, supporting UAT, and producing training guides and video tutorials for regional adoption.• Build and deliver executive-level performance reports using OMB Safety Scorecards, tracking injury rate metrics (LTCR, TCR, DART) and presenting findings and recommendations to Regional OSH Managers.• Serve as OSHA point of contact during announced and unannounced inspections; prepare TSA\'s formal responses to citations and coordinate corrective action closure across internal stakeholders.• Develop and deliver compliance training programs on Incident Investigation, Hazard Communication, Behavior-Based Safety, and platform-specific SIS modules.• Administer TSA\'s OSH SharePoint portal and develop safety guidance documents, bulletins, and web-based communications for program-wide knowledge sharing.
