I’m the VP of Operations at Jets MRO, where I help lead a growing team in the business aviation maintenance space.With 22+ years in aircraft maintenance—and over a decade in leadership—I’ve worked across mid and large-cabin jets from Cessna, Bombardier, Pilatus, Learjet, Gulfstream, and Hawker, supporting both Part 91 and Part 135 operations. I hold an FAA A&P certificate and have led teams through successful ARGUS Platinum and IS-BAO Stage 3 audits, major fleet transitions, and vendor negotiations that drove efficiency and value.What sets me apart is how I lead. I believe in putting people first—supporting and empowering our team members to perform at their best.
