ALEXANDER C. STONKUS CEO of Pool & Spa Enclosures, LLC, started with the company in 2008 and has grown the business to one of the largest most respected retractable pool, spa and patio enclosure companies in the USA. Prior President and Chief Executive Officer for Actrade Financial Technologies, Ltd. Prior to assuming the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of Actrade Financial Technologies,Mr. Stonkus served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the company, as well as President of Actrade Capital, Inc, the company’s subsidiary that manages the Electronic Trade Acceptance Draft (E-TAD_) Program. Prior to joining Actrade, Mr. Stonkus was Senior Vice President and COO for Elco Freight International, Inc, a full-service international shipping, customs broker, warehousing and distributioncompany where he assisted in the sale of Elco and several affiliated companies to The Concord Group. Prior to joining Elco, Mr. Stonkus was employed with a privately held textile conversion company. He wasprincipally responsible for purchasing, production, transportation and inventory control, as well as the design and implementation of a company-wide computer system. Mr. Stonkus graduated from thePennsylvania State University in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He also served on the Board of Directors of various companies during his professional career.
