Director of the ‘Tenant Services’ division of GCL and the Nottingham office. I have previously held senior property roles both in Retail and Hospitality at, Revolution Bars Group, Halfords, Pets at Home and CBRE working exclusively for occupiers. Drawing from decades of experience in the commercial occupier sector, both client side and in private practice, GCL’s Tenant Services division is able to provide specialist advice in a variety of occupier specific areas. We can help you fine tune your property function by focusing on cost reduction and maximising profit from your leased estate. Whether it\'s retail units, restaurants, industrial sites or offices we can help you to become leaner and more agile in response to the ever changing environment. I am an experienced Chartered Surveyor with an in depth understanding of all occupier related property matters. Whilst I am able to effectively manage teams, I also have the expertise to get involved in the day to day as required, leading from a position of knowledge and experience, growing and retaining experienced teams providing clients with the highest level of service. I am an APC counsellor and chairperson for the RICS assessment panels, assisting budding surveyors to gain their chartered member status with the RICS.
