Administers the Company’s Workers’ Compensation (WC) program to include regular communication with the injured employee, their manager, and the WC carrier’s team to ensure a smooth process of all WC claims; additionally provides clear direction around injury follow-up questions, use of the portal for reporting claims and required postings/reports (OSHA)- Updates employee data in EMR and HRIS as needed- Process weekly field staff separation in HRIS- Assists with Mergers & Acquisition and De Novos (new office) support, including initial OIGs- Provide customer service support to Personal Care staff and branches- Supports CCN employees with renewal of their licensure and ensures they have all the proper in-services in place- Personnel file administration to include quarterly/annual audits- Verifications of employment- Completes unemployment forms for field staff- Assists VPHR with the creation and delivery of training for leadership and office staff- Front desk backup support- Support and participation in HR Events- Assist with the implementation of programs not limited but include (Safety Programs and Disaster & Recover Program)
