   As the PEMB Project Manager, my focus be on managing all phases of pre-engineered metal building projects from contract award through project completion. Including coordinating design, procurement, fabrication, delivery, and construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.Key Responsibilities: Review contracts, drawings, and specifications. Develop project schedules and milestones. Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of PEMB materials. Oversee on-site construction activities (often in coordination with a superintendent). Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with local codes and regulations. Resolve field issues related to erection or fitment of PEMB components. Prepare and manage project budgets. Track costs and forecast expenditures. Approve invoices and manage change orders. • Client & Stakeholder Communication Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle. Conduct project meetings and progress reports. Ensure customer satisfaction through quality and timely delivery. Maintain accurate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Prepare close-out packages and ensure warranty documents are delivered.Skills and Qualifications: • Proficiency in reading construction drawings and PEMB erection plans. Familiarity with scheduling software and project management tools. Understanding of structural steel, foundations, and building envelope systems. Strong leadership, communication skills, problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure. • Working knowledge of Permitting/building codes.
