As BDM for Avon Protection, I am responsible for our European sales and business development, delivering our range of world-leading mission-critical systems to militaries and law enforcement. As the world-leader to Special Forces, Army, Marines, Navy and Air Forces, our deep understanding of the unique requirements of the modern warfighter and tactical operator ensures our equipment is designed to protect users in the most extreme environments. We have been supplying protection solutions to the UK Ministry of Defence and other allies since the 1920s and are a primary supplier of integrated protective equipment to NATO and the United States Department of Defense. Leveraging our military pedigree, we provide proven protection solutions to first responders worldwide. Our ability to evolve protection capability to meet the complex needs of the tactical operator has positioned Avon Protection as the market leader for law enforcement, S.W.A.T, Prisons & Corrections, Riot Control and Border Patrol. My strategic direction strongly focuses on the growth of mutually beneficial partnerships that jointly achieve long-term objectives with both end-users and partners. My approach is also simple - I listen to the users requirement, establishing relationships built upon trust and respect. Experience gained from high-performance sales & business development sectors combined with a commitment to defence and a vast knowledge of our equipment that truly enables me to deliver protective solutions to our target users.
