I am an experienced Director in the Rail Industry with a proven Track record in building high performing teams across Maintenance - Operations and Track Renewals in so delivering major projects on time and in budget across the National Rail Network,having worked across the entire UK network creating winning teams. I am experienced in creating plans and policies that will help a company achieve its objectives. Developing business strategies to ensure we are market leaders in our field of work and advising the board of Directors and implementing our business plans to accomplish organisational goals. Establishing long-lasting relationships with shareholders, partners, local authorities and regulators I will ensure we are the go to brand for excellence in delivery.
