With over 15 years of experience in the international oil and gas industry, I\'ve honed my expertise in driving commercial success and strategic growth. Currently serving as Executive Director, Commercial for Baker Hughes Inspection business, I lead the Global Ultrasonic Sales organization, drive commercial excellence, manage customer care contact risk, and develop segment development strategy for Inspection.Previously, I spearheaded global growth initiatives as the Global Growth Initiative Leader for Oil Field Equipment. My journey began as a field engineer at Halliburton, where I navigated through roles in Completions Engineering, Project Management, and Business Development for West Africa. Subsequently, I transitioned to GE Oil and Gas as a Regional Sales Leader for the Rest of Africa, and later served as a Commercial Operations Leader for Sub-Saharan Africa.With a comprehensive international background, I\'ve lived and worked in Europe, Africa, and the United States. My educational background includes an MSc in Project Management (oil & gas) from the University of Liverpool and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology (Ghana).
