I’ve had the joy of working at some places I’ve loved and earned a few letters behind my name. But if I’m being honest, they’re not the most important to me.(Is it okay to say that here?)What really matters? To my wife, I’m a loving husband. To my kids, I’m their daddy. striving to set the best example I can. And to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, I’m His beloved child, living each day by His grace and for His glory.I love teaching others, especially when I can help leaders unlock their God-given potential. I love helping people discover their gifts, pouring into them so they can grow and thrive. I love encouraging people to take next steps and best steps in leadership. And if I can do that while making someone laugh or share a cup of coffee along the way, even better!I love being relational and real. If that sounds good to you, let\'s be friends. For those looking for the perfect combination of polish and professionalism, I\'m probably not your cup of tea. And that\'s okay. life\'s too short to take myself that seriously.By day, I serve as the Executive Director of All for One Ministries, where I get to live out my calling every day. That\'s that nonprofit I started way back when. Our mission is to glorify God through a unified community of believers. Why? Because we believe the Church—the body of Christ—is stronger when we come together. We organize worship and discipleship events, run a philanthropic community coffee house, and we’ve launched a mentorship program in local public schools to reach opportunity youth. It’s been an incredible journey so far, and I know God’s not done yet.I love what I do, but more importantly, I love why I do it. Each day I get to see lives changed, my community strengthened, and the name of Jesus lifted up. It\'s a dream come true really.Now, you know all about me. I\'d love to get to know you, too! Sefton Creative Co. was founded in 2019 by Alex Sefton. It is an agency specializing in brand identity, marketing strategy, and nonprofit consulting. Alex started Sefton Creative to help small businesses and nonprofits tell their story and have a deeper Kingdom and community impact. Alex is a serial entrepreneur and nonprofit leader with a love for Jesus and his community. He founded a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization at the age of 14, of which he serves as the executive director. He has also worked as a Public Relations and Grants Manager for a community foundation and a Communications Director for a church of over Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship and a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Leadership.
