Create and implement the enterprise-wide Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework to identify, evaluate and manage risks and controls • Lead the team in performing effective challenge on 1LOD RCSAs across the organization to enhance consistency and accuracy of risk assessments • Create and operationalize a scalable 2LOD independent control testing program for operational risks across the organization • Conduct operational risk assessments for new products and services to ensure risks are proactively identified and addressed to within the Bank’s risk appetite • Develop Board and Executive Management level reporting for various Operational Risk Management activities • Assist with the ongoing design, development, and utilization of the GRC tool • Manage a team of experienced risk and control professionals • Promote a sound operational risk management culture across the organization
